I needed to stay in the area for a business meeting the next day, so I wanted something close to the university without spending a fortune. The rate was good and there was plenty of notice that they would be charging a $100 deposit refunded when I leave so I was fine with that. The staff must have caught flack for it from others, so they were almost apologetic when telling me about it. I knew I wouldn't be doing anything to not get it back, so I was fine with it. The breakfast was typical continental but enough. The room was clean, and I liked that they are pet free, or my room was, because of my allergies.

I liked the location, I loved the cleanliness and appearance overall. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. I wasn't very pleased with my welcome when we checked in I honestly felt out of place like we didn't belong mostly due to the eye contact made between I'm assuming the manager and desk clerk or whom ever checked us In . As well as the whispers between the two. The morning clerk was very helpful pleasant and kind. The breakfast was not good at all. Not much to choose from but it was something and I was happy to get that. Although the manager or whom ever he was was standing guard over the room and food as I'd someone was going to take ro much. So the stay was good it just had a few things that Could have been improved on. I would stay again and also reccomend to others. One.last thing i felt the space in the room was way to small. For the price we paid but I was so tired and needed to rest so I just made it work the best I could. Thank you Carlena

tyler the clerk at the front desk was very accommodating. my mother is handicapped and he made sure we were able to get a first floor room and assisted with getting her in the room . we had a problem with our TV and called out and someone was on site to fix it immediately and we did not miss our ball game

It was everything I needed. Convenient location. Plenty of fast food restaurants around. I dont spend much time in the hotel other than sleep, shower and rest and I was able to do that comfortably.

Traveling from Home in Florida to Arkansas, I have found my halfway point. This Hotel is surrounded by Restaurants, Fast Food and Gas Stations. Breakfast is Sausage and Gravy, Eggs and such.

Very courteous staff! Staff worked with us as we were checking in very, very late. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and the water pressure was about average for a hotel. My teenage daughter took a 30-minute shower and I still had warm water.

Price and size of beds. We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night on the way to a family get together so this worked out fine
